I am in California and was having trouble locating a long discontinued part. NYRP had the item in stock (noted item was "stock low"). Price was more than fair (vs scalpers on eBay), shipping was also fair, and speed was outstanding. Really well done all around, and a credit to the maintenance industry. Thank you so much. In the future, I will stop beginning with an online search for parts, and I will check the NYRP website FIRST.

They had an obscure, hard to find part that even the manufacturer couldn’t get me in time. (Was told 8-10 weeks). New York replacement parts had the shipment to me within a few days of ordering, despite being in canada. Would recommend and use again. Thanks so much!!!!!

Upper Eastside Store - They do have the plumbing parts no matter how obscure. BUT, they lack in good customer service - 2 guys at counter were rude, barely let me finish a sentence and left counter to do something else, and they smell of marijuana. Not good marketing for an iconic UES store. They said to go to another store if I didn’t like their service, I was strapped for time and endured these nasty staff members, both were high.
Great experience. They had the part I needed in stock; it arrived quickly and fit perfectly. Unless you spend $99, the shipping is high (since individuals often don't need large orders), and that's my only minor issue - but it was still considerably less than it would have been from the manufacturer. I would definitely use them again.
I had to leave a review. We moved into our house at the beginning of the year and we’ve slowly had to replace our kohler products due to their age. NYRP had a kohler sink faucet spray kit that I couldn’t find anywhere else. This company is awesome! 5/5 for me! Highly recommended!
